With a glorious win in India recently and Summer is in full swing. Cricket is upon us again.

Cricket Australia recently released some Guidelines for Fast

Bowlers. This is to ensure that young bowlers particularly

adolescent bowlers, have a consistent and safe amount of

loading. It aims to reduce the rates of injuries in young bowlers.
